My home for two days last week was The CIA at Greystone in St. Helena. I was hired by the Blueberry Council of America to photograph some concept dishes highlighting, wait for it…blueberries! They were entertaining the head chefs from some big chain restaurants like Cracker Barre, Pete’s Coffee and Tea, and Black Bear Dinner. It was a pretty cool event. The pics below show where I was setup, how I setup, and some of my favorite shots. They wanted them very clean and simple. Being a food photographer is challenging, to be sure, but it is so much fun!
